With multiple Press Brakes and a full inventory of tooling, we can bend and form parts up to 12' long.
Roll Forming
Model R3 and R4 Roundo Rolls allow us to roll a wide variety of cross sections in various materials to create rings and curved profiles to suit your project requirements.
Pipe Bending
Our Baileigh Pipe Bender can create complex bent shapes in tubing and pipe to suit the most demanding railing or tube frame projects.
Punching
The Amada Turret Punch is the perfect choice for higher volume components or parts with a large number of holes or slots. With the capability to punch up to 1/4" thickness in Steel, Stainless, or Aluminum, a wide range of parts can be produced with this versatile machine.
